A skirt, vest, turtleneck and poms will be provided for cheerleaders to use during the season but all items must be returned at the end of the season.  Parents must purchase the items listed below.

Please bring this form with you to place your child’s order. Money for accessories are due at time order is placed.  Please bring cash or make your money order payable to Stacey Mosby, Head Cheerleading Director.  Please order early to avoid delay in receiving your child’s accessories.  A LIMITED AMOUNT OF ACCESSORIES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION.  No accessories will be ordered after August 14, 2009.  If your child already have accessories for the 2009 season, please disregard this notice
